Over the past 15 years, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals and couples as they navigate some of life’s most challenging and meaningful moments. This work has allowed me to witness the strength people carry, even in seasons that feel heavy or uncertain. I'm passionate about helping others live more purposeful lives.

I specialize in EMDR therapy, a powerful approach that helps process distressing experiences and reduce the emotional intensity tied to the past. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and solution-focused approaches to support emotional regulation and help you build healthier ways of coping.
